I start by talking to everyone: billing, sales, finance, operations. I map the bottlenecks, document the gaps, and report back to leadership with clarity on where the real problems are.

02 / DESIGN

Architecture & Integration Planning

Where necessary I run process and requirements workshops. I work with your technical teams and leadership to define the right architecture — whether that's platform consolidation, integration design, or governance structure.

03 / DRIVE

Execution & Delivery Leadership

I stay in the room. Acting as program lead, functional consultant, and coordinator across teams, I drive the work through to delivery. Typically 1–2 days per week over 6–12 months.

I'm a freelance L2C architect working with PE-backed and VC-backed B2B SaaS companies. I come in when the space between the sale and the invoice is broken — and I take ownership of it.

I've worked across Salesforce, HubSpot, Younium, and NetSuite, but I'm not a tool consultant. The tools are a means to an end. The end is a revenue operation that works cleanly, scales across geographies and acquisitions, and gives your CFO and board the visibility they need.

Plutonic is my independent practice. I work with a small number of clients at a time.
