I start by talking to everyone: billing, sales, finance, operations. I map the bottlenecks, document the gaps, and report back to leadership with clarity on where the real problems are.

Architecture & Integration Planning
Where necessary I run process and requirements workshops. I work with your technical teams and leadership to define the right architecture — whether that's platform consolidation, integration design, or governance structure.
03 / DRIVE
Execution & Delivery Leadership
I stay in the room. Acting as program lead, functional consultant, and coordinator across teams, I drive the work through to delivery. Typically 1–2 days per week over 6–12 months.
