The 90-Minute Meeting™
No one is expecting you to just jump in. If you’re interested in EOS, we’ll first spend 90 minutes together. I’ll explain the system and process to you and your team, and you can shower me in questions. This first meeting is 100% free.

The Focus Day™
The next step is the Focus Day™, where we spend 6-8 hours together on things that will immediately move the needle:
- How to be a great leader;
- How to get the right people in the right seats;
- How to set realistic quarterly goals;
- How to have awesome meetings (and eliminate all the superfluous ones);
- What to measure and how to measure it.
You’ll run with what you’ve learned for the next 30 days, after which we will reconvene for…
Vision Building™ Day 1
This is where we jump in deep. But first, we review your progress since our last day together. Then we dive into The 8 Questions™ to achieve your company vision:
- What are your Core Values?
- What is your Core Focus™?
- What is your 10-year Target™?
- What is your Marketing Strategy?
- What is your 3-year Picture™?
- What is your 1-year Plan?
- What are your Rocks?
- What are the most pressing Issues that are keeping you from success?
We won’t get through all the questions in one day, and that’s fine: as we go through them, you will start to see the elements you’ve learned from the Focus Day™ come into a broader perspective.
After this day, you will spend another 30 days working with what you’ve learned so far.
Vision Building™ Day 2
Once again, we review your progress. After that, we finish answering the 8 Questions™, putting a particular focus on working through critical issues together.
After this day, you’ll have the basis in place. But you are not a Jedi, yet…
The average person cannot keep their focus on a goal for more than 90 days. That’s why quarterly meetings are a core part of the EOS® process.
From here on out, we will meet once a quarter to realign your vision, set new goals and see how you’ve been doing – and how you can improve further. You’ll find this 90-day “pulse” to become a very comfortable “rhythm” for your business.
At the end of every year, we take 2 days to reevaluate not only the last quarter, but also the last year.
By taking two days, we can really dig deep and reset the entire business for a fresh, new year of achieving real results.
In the end, you’re going to get it. My goal isn’t to stay on your payroll – I’m there to help you get this thing done and take that next step. You are the one implementing EOS® – I’m just making that process a lot easier for you.
Frequently asked questions.
What do you charge?
I charge a per-session fee of €1500. Included with that are monthly check-in calls and the official EOS® training materials. This is about building a relationship, so please also feel free to always call or email me in between sessions.
For agencies that want more, I offer a monthly program that includes working on your agency for half a day each month, on top of the regular EOS® sessions. During these extra sessions, we can dive deeper into your agency, tackling topics like sales, marketing, pricing and delivery.
The monthly retainer is €1000 and, as mentioned, includes the EOS® sessions.
How long will this take?
EOS® is not a quick fix, it’s something that takes time to develop. It has to get into the DNA of your company. EOS Worldwide recommends about 1,5 to 2 years of working with an implementer, and it’s the timeline I tend to adhere to.
In the end, however, it’s really up to you, what kind of progress you’re making and if you feel you need help.
How will we meet?
There’s two ways I work with agencies:
Firstly, we can meet at a location of your choice and arranging for the workshops. It must be off-site, because you absolutely need to be focused and committed to the agenda. Phones off, heads clear.
I much prefer meeting in person and, if within range, I will absolutely travel to meet you. However, especially with the whole COVID situation, this isn’t always possible.
The second option, then, is to have our sessions virtually. And you know what? It actually works pretty well! I only request that everyone sits in a quiet location with as few distractions as possible – and has a stable internet connection and good webcam.
The only other change for the virtual meetings is that I limit the sessions to half-days. In my experience, that’s the limit for the creative juices.
Can you help us with our own marketing, too?
I coach various agencies on things like pricing, marketing and sales. While I’m available to help you with these things, note that they are not covered as part of the EOS® process and should be seen as a separate engagement. Contact me if you want to know more.
Only pay if you’re happy.
I will send my invoice after each session. If you don’t feel you got value from it, I won’t send it. How’s that for confidence?
This goes without saying, but since I know the SharpSpring world, I probably also know a few of your competitors. Rest assured I will tread carefully when it comes to your sensitive information. NDAs can and will be signed!
