Yes, yes you can integrate LinkedIn with Dynamics 365. Through a widget called the “LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Dynamics 365”. It’ll show LinkedIn information about leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities right there in your Dynamics CRM.
Enrich Contact Records
This is a great way of enriching your contact records with relevant information. If you’ve also hooked up Dynamics to a marketing automation platform (Act-On and Net-Results are both tools with a solid Dynamics integration) then you’ll be able to further leverage this LinkedIn data to segment and target specific groups of prospects or customers.
Requirements to integrate LinkedIn with Dynamics 365
(This info is directly from the LinkedIn documentation):
- You must have both a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Team account or above and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 or 365.
- Before you begin using the application, your Dynamics CRM administrator needs to install the application and provide you with access.
- You’ll need to enable JavaScript in your browser.
You can find more information about the LinkedIn Dynamics 365 widget right here. In addition, right here you can find information on how to set it up.
