B2B SaaS founder – are you overwhelmed and always short on time? Wish your team would just “get it”?
Hi, I’m Henrik. I help SaaS companies build structured, healthy teams of people that share the same values and want to achieve results together. I do this by helping them implement SaaS Operational Excellence, my blueprint for a successful SaaS business.
As a SaaS founder, you want to leave a legacy.
You want to build an awesome company.
It used to be just you and a co-founder in a basement. Now you’re taking your dream into the wide world. Helping your customers solve problems with your software. The problem is that you’re not doing that – you’re spending most of your time putting out fires in your business. From problems that shouldn’t even be there in the first place!
It’s not just you.
9 out of 10 SaaS founders recognize at least some of these issues:
Motivating people.
You know you could be doing more to get the most out of your team. Have them go in the same direction.
Hitting a ceiling.
Things got off on the right foot, but further growth seems to be eluding you. How to take that next step?
Not enough profits.
Paying salaries is a monthly headache. Cashflow is a problem and you’re not making nearly enough profit as you’d like.
No direction.
Do you know where you’re going? Do you know what kind of company you want to be?
No control.
Do you control your business, or does your business control you? When is the last time you took a real vacation?
Nothing works.
You’ve invested so much blood, sweat and tears into this business, but it’s still not the well-oiled machine you want.
Want to know how to fix these problems?
Or keep reading…

What you need is a proven system.
Most SaaS founders have never run a business before. You also didn’t learn this in school. But if you want to build an actual company that can run without you, you need to start doing things according to a clear system.

I’m Henrik Becker and I help SaaS companies achieve operational excellence
As a consultant, I’ve worked with tons of SaaS companies over the last decade. Topping it off with a senior leadership position in a SaaS company in 2018/19.
There’s a lot of moving parts to a successful SaaS company. Your vision, as a founder, has to perpetuate the entire company if you’re to be successful.
How to have sales, marketing, customer success and product all on the same page? All aligning towards the same goals? This is the SaaS founder’s ongoing struggle.
The company I worked for achieved team alignment across the board by implementing a set of key concepts I now teach. Yours can, too. And I can help you get there.
Here’s what you can expect from implementing my approach in your SaaS company:
- Your team will “get it” and get going with a joined vision and goals.
- Your company is going to get a lot more efficient.
- You’ll see a culture of accountability start to emerge.
- You’ll be able to hire the people and put them in the right roles – where they’ll flourish.
- You’ll start making business decisions based on measurable data.
- You and your team will become a problem-solving machine, permanently dealing with pressing issues.
- Your life is going to get a lot easier; your business a way more fun place to work.

These companies are already thriving after starting working with me.
They’re aligned towards their goals and making them happen, every day.
“Henrik helped us take our company to the next level in a very fresh, but challenging way. We might have been able to implement some of his ideas ourselves, but with Henrik’s help we did it so much faster. Plus, he’s lived the SaaS life himself and can relate on a personal level.

Ronald Nijveldt
Founder“We were really missing a way of working. Structure, shared vision, accountability. Now all of that is in place and we are making much more solid progress towards our goals. Thanks to Henrik work has become a lot more fun.“

FounderWhy go with Henrik’s SaaS Operational Excellence?
For busy CEOs and founders.
My approach comprises simple concepts and tools you can apply the next day. This isn’t theoretical management talk, this is the real deal, based on real experience.
Deal with issues. Permanently.
SOE is going to turn your team into a problem-solving-machine. You’ll systematically eliminate all those lingering problems.
Holistic model and approach
I don’t fight symptoms. I goes straight to the key elements of your company: your vision, how to get the right people in place, tracking the right numbers, scalable processes and getting things done.
Focus, discipline and accountability.
SOE is going to help you prioritize, define success and get everyone on the same page about when something is really done.
At the end of your journey with me:
- You’ll know how to keep your people motivated and accountable.
- You know how to have effective meetings and gain real traction.
- You’ll be confident and fully in control of your business.
- You’ll have all your core processes clear and documented.
- You will know how to permanently deal with things that are in your way.
- You’ll have gotten really good at hiring the right people for your business.
- You’ll have a clear vision and a team that’s got your back in making it happen.
- You’ll be totally clear on what your priorities and goals are.
Are you ready for this?
Because not everyone is ready to face the music.
- Does your company employ at least 5 people full-time?
- Are you ready to grow and change the way you see things?
- Are you ready to go to work while being vulnerable and honest?
- Are you ready to be transparent, deal with honest feedback and make real change?
In a little more detail, here’s how working with me happens:
This process involves you, me and your senior leadership team. Not sure who that is? Don’t worry, we’ll get that sorted before we start.
Introductory Meeting
No one is expecting you to just jump in. If you’re interested in getting your company to the next level operationally, we’ll first spend some time together. I’ll explain my system and process to you and your team, and you can shower me in questions. This first meeting is 100% free.
Book an introductory call with me if you’d like to get started.
Day 1: Practical Tools
If you decide to move forward with me, we start with an initial 3 workshop days, each separated by about 30 days of time.
During the first workshop, where we spend 6-8 hours together on things that will immediately move the needle:
- How to be a great leader;
- How to get the right people in the right seats;
- How to set realistic quarterly goals;
- How to have awesome meetings (and eliminate all the superfluous ones);
- What to measure and how to measure it.
You’ll run with what you’ve learned for the next 30 days, after which we will reconvene for…
Day 2: Vision, Part I
This is where we jump in deep.
But first, we review your progress since our last day together.
Then we dive into the key questions you need to answer in order to achieve your company vision:
- Who are you, as a company?
- What do you do?
- What’s your BHAG?
- Where do you see yourself 3 years from now?
- What’s your goal for the next 12 months?
- What will you commit to doing for the next quarter?
- What the main roadblocks on your way to getting to your goals?
I know, those questions seem obvious, but I assure you: they’re not, and most companies don’t spend enough time answering them. I will make sure you get answers on paper that truly make a difference in your company.
We won’t get through all the questions in one day, and that’s fine: as we go through them, you will start to see the elements you’ve learned from the first workshop come into a broader perspective.
After this day, you will spend another 30 days working with what you’ve learned so far.
Day 3: Vision, Part II
Once again, we review your progress.
After that, we finish answering the key questions, making sure you leave the workshop ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum for the next year and quarter.
After this day, you’ll have the basis in place. But you are not a Jedi, yet…
Quarterly Meetings
The average person cannot keep their focus on a goal for more than 90 days. That’s why quarterly meetings are a core part of my process.
From here on out, we will meet once a quarter to realign your vision, set new goals and see how you’ve been doing – and how you can improve further. You’ll find this 90-day “pulse” to become a very comfortable “rhythm” for your business.
Annuals
At the end of every year, we take 2 days to reevaluate not only the last quarter, but also the last year.
By taking two days, we can really dig deep and reset the entire business for a fresh, new year of achieving real results.
In the end, you’re going to get it. My goal isn’t to stay on your payroll – I’m there to help you get this thing done and take that next step. You are the one implementing the steps – I’m just making that process a lot easier for you.

Frequently asked questions.
What do you charge?
I charge a per-session fee of €1500.
Included with that are bi-weekly check-in calls, at minimum. In truth, you can call and email as much as you’d like. This is about building a relationship, so please also feel free to always call or email me in between sessions.
For companies that want more, I offer a monthly program that includes working on your company for half a day each month, on top of the regular sessions. During these extra sessions, we can dive deeper into your SaaS, tackling topics like sales, marketing, pricing and delivery.
The monthly retainer is €1000 and, as mentioned, includes the regular SaaS Operational Excellence sessions.
How long will this take?
My approach is not a quick fix, it’s something that takes time to develop. It has to get into the DNA of your company. I recommend about 1,5 to 2 years of working with me.
In the end, however, it’s really up to you, what kind of progress you’re making and if you feel you need help.
How will we meet?
There’s two ways I work with SaaS companies:
Firstly, we can meet at a location of your choice and arranging for the workshops. It must be off-site, because you absolutely need to be focused and committed to the agenda. Phones off, heads clear.
I much prefer meeting in person and, if within range, I will absolutely travel to meet you. However, especially with the whole COVID situation, this isn’t always possible.
The second option, then, is to have our sessions virtually. And you know what? It actually works pretty well! I only request that everyone sits in a quiet location with as few distractions as possible – and has a stable internet connection and good webcam.
The only other change for the virtual meetings is that I limit the sessions to half-days. In my experience, that’s the limit for the creative juices.
Can you help us with our own marketing, too?
I coach various SaaS companies on things like pricing, marketing and sales. While I’m available to help you with these things, note that they are not covered as part of the SOE process and should be seen as a separate engagement. Contact me if you want to know more.
Ready to rock?
Your SaaS company + SOE = Great Success.
We can talk about your business, your goals and see if we’re a fit.
